Indian Channa Pizza

Leftovers are often the inspiration for innovation!Here's a Recipe to help u turn it into topping for a quick Indian style Pizza



Serves 4

4 ready-made Kulchas
4 tbsp mango chutney- use ready made or homemade
2onions-cut into rings
11/2 cups leftover cooked safed channe
1/2 cup grated paneer
1tsp chopped coriander(hara dhania)
1tsp salt to taste


Ready to cook
Steps
1.Spread 1tbsp of mango chutney on a kulcha.
2. Spread some onion rings on it.
3. Heat the channas seperately in a pan with 1tsp oil.Spread 2-3 tbsp of hot channas on the mango chutney kulcha.
4.Sprinkle some grated paneer on it .
5.Sprinkle some coriander and salt on it.
6. Bake in apreheated oven for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees C or till the kulcha gets crisp. Over grilling will make it hard. Cut into pieces and serve hot.
